As dusk draws in, watch the sun set behind the ancient city of Mdina and see the Grand Harbour illuminate in front of your eyes whilst Chef Marvin and his team prepare a mouthwatering dinner inspired by the four elements of earth, wind, water and fire. Take off into the Floriana Gardens into the night sky and see Valletta’s Grand Harbour at is most mesmerizing. As the table slowly rotates, you will be afforded breathtaking views of Fort St Angelo and the Three Cities Marina’s under a blanket of stars. An extraordinary view complemented perfectly by the decadent five-course menu prepared by Chef Marvin & his highly skilled team. The price includes the full menu accompanied by a fantastic selection of wines.
